FAQ: What should I NOT include in my program?

Please review this video thoroughly to find out what content should NOT be included in your programming. In determining what to include, it’s always a good practice to ask yourself these questions. If your response is NO for each question, then it is very likely that you are remaining within AOC’s programming guidelines:

• Does my content in any way violate federal or state law?

• Does my content solicit sales of a product or service?

• Does my content solicit money?

• Does my content violate any protected copyrights? (Producers should obtain the proper permissions to use copyrighted works like music/film/literature/etc.)

• Does my content contain slanderous material?

• Does my content contain lottery information?

• Does my content invade anyone’s privacy?
