COMMUNITY PRODUCTION - PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the expectations of all parties involved. This agreement is negotiable prior to acceptance and shall not be considered complete until acknowledged by the requesting client or partnering organization.
By client or organization’s request, AOC Community Media shall record, edit, live stream and otherwise distribute the program(s) requested according to the details listed in the Production Request. Please review in depth all details of your Production Agreement as intended plans or circumstances may change throughout the planning process. Each submitted Production Request is an individual occurrence.
You, the client or partner organization acknowledge that:
Your event, production, and/or project is non-commercial, not for-profit, and is of general interest to the community-at-large or of interest to smaller niche audiences that are otherwise information-deprived.
There are no other media services or outlets offering the same services. If a separate entity or organization is recording your production project, AOC shall be permitted to distribute your programming on Cable TV, YouTube and/or social media.
If requested by AOC, the client/organization shall arrange a pre-production meeting and/or location scouting to determine the production needs and scope for your project.
The client/organization shall permit appropriate time and space provisions for AOC to setup necessary production equipment in the venue to accommodate the Production Request.
The client/organization shall permit AOC to use the client’s/organization’s name to request funds from donors in support of client projects or for AOC in general.
Since AOC cannot pro provide services at no charge to everyone so we need to make our efforts pay off in other ways. We want to form partnerships with our clients and we want to brag about those relationships in our fundraising efforts. The services we provide for you have value to donors and underwriters that help us keep it low cost and we may use the partnership when we do fundraising.
The client/organization shall acknowledge AOC according to the value of its contribution as indicated in the Production Agreement. Acknowledgemnts include, but are not limited to, stage announcement(s), closing credits, in email, print and/or web publications.
Ownership and Distribution rights
The contents of the program are the property of the client who owns all copyrights not given to AOC in this agreement.
AOC will provide a copy of the final product and all raw material to the client if the client provides a harddrive that’s MAC compatible and with enough space to handle the raw material. AOC does not maintain raw materials after 90 days.
AOC has first rights to non-commercial distribution by any means they choose,
in perpetuity. AOC is further permitted to include this program in pay-per-view or other income producing outlets. These rights are not exclusive, client can distribute in any non-commercial venue they choose.
