2019 LRPD Masters Adult Coed Volleyball Starts Soon

LAFAYETTE, LA – January 30, 2019

The Lafayette Parks and Recreation Department is once again offering a special program as part

of its 2019 Winter Volleyball season. It is a Masters League for men and women 40 and over

(age as of April 1, 2019) to compete.

The first meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at Thomas Park,

located at 300 Geraldine Street in Lafayette. Anyone interested and eligible is invited to attend.

If enough players are interested, a league will be formed. Games will be played at a location to

be announced on Wednesdays for the next 6-8 weeks.
